Procedure

1. To renew a driver's license, you will need to fill in an application form.
2. Submit the completed form to the Licensing Office along with all other required documents.

Required Documents

• Valid identity card
• Expired driver's license (in case of replacement of Kardex)
• Medical Certificate (Blood Type, Physical Evaluation, Visual examination, Hearing) issued by Health Facilities accredited by the SEGIP-SEGELIC
• Transit clearance certificate
• Proof of bank deposit for the cost of the service provided by SEGIP - SEGELIC
• Additional documents to be submitted in cases where the license holder as also applying for another license category: Driving Skills Certificate awarded by accredited School by SEGIP.
