Procedure

Apply Online

1. To Renew Dental Registration, the applicant has to make the application online via link
2. The applicant has to scroll down to the bottom of the page.
3. The applicant needs to login in by using the user’s name and password with the captcha code and click the “Login” button.
4. The applicant has to verify and update his/her details, including the contact information, address, and email ID.
5. Also. Upload all the necessary documents which are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
6. Pay the renewal fee of Rs. 500/- through the online payment gateway using a credit/debit card, net banking, or other digital payment modes.
7. After completing the process, the applicant has to click the “Submit” button.
8. The confirmation notification will be sent through the registered email.
9. After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
10. Then the application will be processed further. All the updates on the application status will be sent via SMS to the applicant’s mobile number.
11. Once the process gets completed, the applicant gets a call from the office regarding the application.
12. The applicant will receive the certificate by post.
13. The processing time of this procedure completes within 15 days. Any reason for delay will be notified to the applicant.

• Scanned signature in JPEG format of not more than 200 KB in size. (140x110 pixels)
• Dental registration certificate
• Scan a copy of a recent color photograph of passport size not more than 200 KB in JPEG format. (110x140 pixels)
