Step 2 : Please use the following link to register your complaint online : Register Complaint through SBPDCL.

Step 3 : In this page enter all the mandatory details and click “Submit” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 4 : After completion of complaint registration process, you will receive the complaint ID.

Step 5 : Use the complaint ID to track the status of your complaint.
