Step 1 : If you want to print your application you can follow the following steps:

Step 2 : You can take printout of online application form with the help of the link, please follow the link: online portal link

Step 3 : Select your state from the drop down list box which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 4 : In the next page, select “Print application forms” option which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 5 : Please enter your Application number and Date of Birth and click on the necessary option to print your required application.
