Bihar - Online Obtain Electricity Connection through NBPDCL

- Step 2 : Please use the following link to apply online : Apply Online.
- Step 3 : In this page please click “New Service Connection” option under “New Connection” at the left side of the page. Refer the below image where it is highlighted in RED.
- Step 4 : In this page enter your mobile number and select your district from the dropdown menu. Then click “Generate OTP” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 5 : Choose the connection type as “Domestic” from the dropdown menu and enter the OTP in the textbox. Refer the below image where it is highlighted in RED.
- Step 6 : Complete the application form with valid details and click “Submit” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 7 : Note the request number which appears on the popup box and click “Ok” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 8 : Thus online application is submitted. The accepted application will be processed and Mail &SMS notification will be sent to Consumer for submission of Security Deposit and supervision charges.
- Step 9 : Applicant shall follow the authority’s guidelines to get connection.
