Bihar - Online Apply CessPool (Septic Tank, Sewerage) Cleaning Service

- Step 3 : Now click on the “Browse your ULB” dropdown menu under “Online citizen service centre” section in the left side of the page. Choose your area municipal corporation from the drop down menu and click “SUBMIT” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 4 : Now you will be directed to a page where you have to select “Grievances” in the left side of the page which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 5 : Now a screen will appear. please read the instructions and click "Ok" tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 6 : Then you will be taken to the nagarseva helpline portal for grievance registration. Click "Click here" option at the right side of the page which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 7 : Now complete the registration form with valid details and click "Submit" tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
