Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To apply for duplicate caste certificate, applicant has to approach the revenue department authorities or thasildhar or circle officer.
2. Link for contact: Search your circle office here
3. Get the relevant application form from the authorities and fill the form with valid details appropriately.
4. Make sure that you have all the proper documents mentioned in the “Required documents” section below.
5. Submit the form along with the required documents to the authorities.
6. Now collect the acknowledgment slip from the authorities.
7. After the verification process, applicant shall receive the duplicate copy of caste certificate.
   
   

Through CSC

1. Use the following link to find the centre. Link: CSC locator
2. Please go the respective office.
3. Application can be obtained from the authorities.
4. Submit the complete application along with required documents to the operator in the centre.
5. Operator will check the details and start to process online using the computer.
6. Applicant will get the transaction ID for the application made. Please keep it safe for future reference.
7. This application will be processed by the respective department as per how it will be processed in person.
8. Applicant will get notification about the status on his registered mobile number provided while applying.
9. Applicant has to go and meet the respective authorities with documents as instructed to get the duplicate caste certificate as per given date.

1. Applicant can also download the lost / damaged caste certificate’ s web copy from the below link: portal
2. Enter the application ID of the lost / damaged caste certificate and click “Print” tab to download the caste certificate.
