Procedure

1. Submit an application to the nearest Traffic police as soon as possible to obtain a clearance needed in the issuance of the duplicate Vehicle Registration Certificate.
2. Submit an application to obtain a duplicate license to the nearest RSTA office. You will need the vehicle registration number in order to complete the form.
3. Pay the application fee.
4. Your application for duplicate certificate will be processed within one working day.
