1. Visit the Bermuda Government Website: Website
2. Underneath the information bar in the caution maroon bar, select COVID 19 Forms
3. Scroll down to “Pricing Gouging Compliant From”.
4. Click on link “Proceed to Price Gouging Complaint Form” option.
5. Read the information and fill the form
6. Click on submit to send you report
