Procedure

How to Apply:

1. If you are Unable to pay your rent, contact your land to reach an agreement that will favour both your interest and the landlords.
2. The land lord will access your situation and if you have any financial options, e.g. if you qualify for financial assistance form the government.
3. If there is no financial assistance from the government then landlord has check you track record on previous rent payments, the he will decide to reach an agreement with you.
4. You and the landlord obtain the rent relief from the government of Bermuda website or download it direct from this link: Covid 19
5. Both of you should fill the agreement form.
