Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To apply for the Special Person’s Card, you need to go to the Transport Control Department with a valid form of identification e.g. passport or birth certificate.
2. If you are disabled you will also need to provide a doctors letter stating disability
3. Pay the application fees
4. The information you have provide will be verified and your application will be processed
5. If you are unable to apply in person, contact the TCD via this address; Transport Control Department 11 North Street Hamilton HM17 Phone: 292-1271 for further assistance

Instructions

• People over the age of five are required to pay to use public transportation. Bermuda senior citizens and people with disability with a special person’s card are free as well as children under the age of five.
