Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. Obtain the application form from the Department of Environment and Natural Resources office or download it via this link: Application Form
2. Fill the application form correctly, and remember to choose Recreational Lobster Diving in the category of license being applied for.
3. Pay the application fee using a cheque or credit card (Visa or MasterCard). If you are paying by cheque, please make it payable to: The Accountant General and obtain prove of payment
4. Attach the payment receipt to the application form and submit it to the department of Environment and Natural Resources Licencing Office at the Botanical Gardens, 169 South Road, Paget.
5. The official will verify your application and fill in the necessary section for officials and forward your application for processing.
6. Your application will be processed and you will be issued with you license.

• Only Bermuda Residents

Fees

• $ 130 payable via cash, cheque or credit card (Visa or MasterCard).
  • If paying by cheque please make payable to: The Accountant General.

Validity

• The licence is valid until 31 August in each year.

Instructions

• Lobster diving license holders are required to submit statistics of their activities.
• Lobster diver statistics are due on April 30th, each year.
• You will not be relicensed until your previous statistics are received.
