Procedure

Apply for the exemption 48 hours before travelling.
Apply Online:

1. Visit the Bermuda Government Website: Apply Online
2. Underneath the information bar in the caution maroon bar, select COVID 19 Forms
3. Scroll down to “Exemption to Quarantine at Home”.
4. Open the hyperlink “Proceed to Exemption to Quarantine at Home Form”
5. Fill the online form and should you have any additional medical supporting documents, attach them by selecting add files to download the files.
6. Click on submit to send your application.
