How to Apply

  1. You should head to the Ministry of Industry and Commerce office, Administrative Secretariat of the Ministry, please view {office location and contact section below} for the address details and;
    • Collect all necessary application forms at the front desk and fill them accurately.
    • Attach all the required documents (listed below under required documents section below); and
    • Submit the application file to be verified and recorded by the attending staff, who will then issue you a received treasure slip.
  2. The application file will then be forwarded to the head of Administrative Secretariat officer for further assessment, approval and signing.
  3. After processing, which is with 8-11 days the authorization documents will be made available to be issued to the applicant at the Administrative Secretariat of the Ministry, front desk.
  4. Re- visit the office with your National identity card and the received treasure slip and claim the branch renew authorization documents.

  • Commercial register of the branch (simple copy)
  • Statutes of the branch (simple copy)
  • Current {on going} contract (original)
  • All other documents justifying the renewal request
  • Valid National identity card/passport
