Procedure

How to Apply

1. You should head to the Ministry of Economy and Finance office, General Directorate of Customs and Indirect Rights department, please view {office location and contact section below} for the address details. And;

   • Collect necessary forms from the front desk and fill them accurately;
   • Attach all the required documents (listed below under required documents section) to the completed form; and
   • Submit the application file to be verified and recorded by the attending staff, who will then issue you an acknowledgment slip.

2. The application file will then be forwarded to the General Directorate of Customs and Indirect Rights department for further assessment, approval and signing by the authorized official.
3. After processing, which is within 3 days the authorization certificate will be made available for withdrawal by the applicant at the General Directorate of Customs and Indirect Rights department front desk.
4. Re- visit the ministry office with your National identity card and the acknowledgment slip and claim the authorization certificate.

• All documents relating to the goods concerned: declarations, invoices, etc.
