Apply In Person
- To Apply for Receipt of Agricultural Materials Assistance Card, the applicant has to approach local Upazila Agriculture Office or Department of Agriculture Extension link
- An application form will be provided to the applicant by the concerned officer.
- The applicant has to fill in all the necessary details in the application form. (Incomplete applications are not accepted)
- Make sure that the applicant has attached all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
- Submit all the documents with the completed form to the concerned officer.
- The applicant has to pay the prescribed fee as requested by the authority.
- After receiving the application, the concerned authority will review his/her application and documents and verify the information provided by the applicant.
- Once the process gets completed, the applicant gets a call from the office regarding the application.
- The applicant will receive the Agricultural Materials Assistance Card, which will enable to purchase of agricultural materials at a subsidized rate.
- This entire process can be completed within 30 -40 days or per the timeline the respective department authority advised.

EligibilityEdit
- The applicant must be a Bangladeshi citizen.
- The applicant must be a farmer who owns or operates agricultural land.
- The applicant must have a valid National ID card.
- The applicant must not be a beneficiary of any other agricultural assistance program.
- The applicant must have valid documents proving ownership or operation of agricultural land.
- The applicant must have valid documents proving his/her crop cultivation, such as crop cultivation registration, crop insurance, or crop loan documents.
- The applicant must not have any outstanding loans with any agricultural bank or financial institution.
