Bahamas - Obtain License for Medical Practitioner

Introduction

This procedure provides you information about how to register yourself as a Medical Practitioner in The Bahamas. A one-time registration fee and an annual license fee are required of relevant health practitioners. All persons registered are eligible for a licence that confirms them as a fully licensed medical practitioner, upon payment of $200 fee. The licence is valid for one year and should be renewed.

Persons must be registered medical practitioners.

BS$210.00 ($200.00 application fee, and $10 licence identification fee).
BS$35 (replacement fee if lost).
