Apply In-Person:

  1. To apply for a name change, the non-profit organisation must submit a registration application to the Registrar General’s Office. Visit the following Link for Contact Details government departments/registrar generals department
  2. Tick the “Change of information” check box at the top of the application form.
  3. Complete the application form with all the required details.
  4. After filling in all the details, email the Application Form along with the supporting documents as mentioned in the “Required Documents” section along with the corresponding Fee to [email protected]
  5. After verifying the documents, the Registrar shall register the non-profit organisation and issue to the non-profit organisation a certificate of registration.
  6. This certificate of registration shall be valid for a period of two years from the date of issue.
