Procedure

Apply In-Person

1. The Applicant has to submit an application form to the Ministry of Youth, Sports and Culture. Visit the following link for Contact Details Link.
2. The applicant can collect the form from the Ministry of Youth, Sports and Culture.
3. The applicant must select a summer programme based on their interests.
4. The Department of Sports will receive and process the application, if a cultural programme is chosen.
5. The applicant will be contacted by the Department of Sports to inform where the summer camp programme will be held.

Required Documents

The Department of Sports requests a copy of any medical documentation that would guide their reaction in the case of an emergency if the applicant has a medical condition that may be affected by the activities of the class.

Eligibility

Applicant must be Citizens and Residents of age between 5 – 15 years.

Fees

There is no processing fee for this service.

Validity

Three weeks prior to the start of the programme, applications must be submitted.
