Apply In-Person

1. The Applicant must visit the Disability Affairs Division Office or call and request assistance from the Social Services Representative for help (SSR). Visit the following link for Contact Details: Link.
2. The Disability Affairs Division of the Department of Social Services provides sign language help to those who are deaf or need to communicate with people who are deaf.
