Procedure

Apply In-Person

1. The Applicant has to submit an application Form 3 to the Department of Marine Resources.
2. Visit the following Details Link.
3. The Applicant can download the Form from the following Form Link.
4. Complete the application form with all details.
5. After filling all the details submit the Application Form along with the supporting documents as mentioned in the “Required Documents” section to the Department of Marine Resources.
6. The Department of Marine Resources inspects the buying station.
7. Upon approval of the License, the applicant has to pay the appropriate fee.

Eligibility

Commercial fishing license holders who want to process seafood (stone crab) on a commercial vessel.

Fees

The processing fee is BS $300.00 per year plus 12% VAT.

Validity

The license is valid for one year.

Processing Time
