Procedure

Apply In-Person

1. The Applicant has to fill a Registration Form and submit an application to the Department of Marine Resources or to the National Training Agency.
2. Visit the following Details Contact Link.
3. The Applicant can collect the Form from the Department of Marine Resources or to the National Training Agency.
4. Complete the Registration form with all details.
5. After filling in all the details submit the Form along with the supporting documents as mentioned in the “Required Documents” section to the Department of Marine Resources or to the National Training Agency.
