Procedure

Apply In-Person

1. The Applicant has to submit an application form to the Port Department.
2. Visit the following Details Contact Link.
3. The Applicant can download from the following Form Link.
4. Complete the application form with all details.
5. After filling in all the details submit the Application Form along with the supporting documents as mentioned in the “Required Documents” section to the Port Department along with the corresponding Fee.
6. Port employees stamp the application and note the date of its submission in the register.
7. A registration number is issued by the Chairman of Authority/Deputy Chairman or designee.
8. The Applicant has to sign the Port Authority Manual Register.
9. Application has been submitted to the Chairman for consideration.
