Procedure

Apply In-Person

1. The Applicant has to submit an application to the Department of Civil Aviation.
2. Visit the following link for Contact Details: Contact Link.
3. The Applicant can obtain the application form from the office.
4. Complete the application form with all details.
5. After filling in all the details, submit the Application Form along with the supporting documents as mentioned in the “Required Documents” section to the Department of Civil Aviation along with the corresponding fee.
6. The Process takes between one to two weeks to complete depending on the duration of the investigation.
7. Once approved, the applicant will be informed through the proper communication channel.
8. The applicant should then visit the office to collect the permit.
