Procedure

Apply In-Person

1. The Applicant has to submit an application to the Department of Civil Aviation, J.L. Center, Blake Road, New Providence, Bahamas. Link to Contact
2. The application form can be downloaded from the following link: Application Form. Or collect the application form from the office and complete it with all the required details.
3. After filling in all the details, submit the Application Form along with the supporting documents (as mentioned in the “Required Documents” section) to the Civil Aviation department, along with the corresponding fee.
4. The Process takes between one to two weeks to complete depending on the duration of the investigation.
5. Once approved, the applicant will be informed through the proper communication channel.
6. The applicant should visit the office to collect the permit.

• Firefighters
  
• Airline Employee.
  

Fees

The Fees is B$100/per annum.
