Procedure

Apply In-Person

1. The individual must go to the dental clinic on a regular working day.
2. Visit the following Details Contact Link.
3. The individual should register at the front desk for a consultation.
4. Wait until his/her name is called in the waiting room for their turn.
5. Get the consultation with the Community Clinic Dentist.
6. The person shall follow the prescriptions given by the dentist.
