ProcedureEdit

  1. Go to LTO ( any branch), get an application form (ADL) from Customer Service Window.
  2. Once the form is filled up, go to the Records Window to verify if they have a record of your license.
  3. Once your record is pulled up, take the hard copy of your record then go back to Customer Service Window and give them the papers.
  4. Proceed to the Photo taking /Signature Area to have your picture and signature taken when your name is called.
  5. Proceed to the Cashier when your name is called for payment of necessary fees and obtain an Official Receipt.
  6. Proceed to the Releasing Counter when your name is called and present the Official Receipt and claim the Non-Professional Driver's License.

EligibilityEdit

  1. Must be at least seventeen (17) years old.
  2. Must be physically and mentally fit to operate a motor vehicle.
  3. Must not be a drug user or alcoholic.
  4. Must be able to read and write in Filipino or English.
  5. Must be clean, neat and presentable (wearing of sando, playing shorts and slippers during photo-taking and examinations will not be allowed).

  • You can apply for a replacement of Non-Professional Drivers License to your nearest Licensing Center/ District office with Driving License transactions.
  • You can download for the official LTO Application for Drivers License (ADL) Form to their website: http://www.lto.gov.ph/
  • The window names/titles in a licensing office may differ from branches. Do not be confused. Just follow their instructions.
  • Licensing Fees varies, it depends on the expiry date & the date of application with LTO.
