Procedure

This procedure explains various ways to Apply for Bureau of Immigration Clearance Certification in Bacolod.

1. Go to the Bureau of Immigration office.
2. Get an Application Form and fill it out.
3. Submit duly accomplished form and attach the other supporting documents.
4. Wait for the issuance of Order of Payment Slip (OPS).
5. Pay the necessary fees.
6. Submit the accomplished application form with the required attachments and attach original Official Receipts.
7. Present claim stub on the appointed date and time of return for releasing of Original Certification and Receipts.
8. Acknowledge receipt by signing the duplicate copy of the Certification before releasing the original Certification and Official Receipt.

• duly accomplished application form (BI Form 2014-13-004 Rev 0)
• National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Clearance, (if the case is filed outside Metro Manila)
• sealed and signed Court Clearance
• photocopy of old certificate of NTSP
• affidavit of denial, executed and signed by the person bearing the same name with the one in the Bureau's Hold Departure Order/Blacklist and Watchlist
• photocopy of passport bio-page, latest departure and arrival stamps
• photocopy of any valid government-issued ID of the representative, if applicable

Eligibility

An individual certifying that he/she is not in any of derogatory database, list or record of the Bureau.

Fees

• Certificate Fee: 500. 00
• Legal Research Fee (LRF) for each immigration fee except Head Tax and Fines: 10. 00
• Express Fee: 500. 00
• TOTAL: PHP 1, 010. 00

Validity

Explain the time until which the certificate/document is valid.
