- To Apply for Disturbance Allowance, the applicant has to make the application online via link
- The applicant has to click the “Sign In”.
- With the user id and password log in to the toll account and click the “Sign-in” button.
- The applicant has to select the current relocations.
- Now re-select the Reimbursement Claim form and tick the allowance.
- Enter all the necessary details in the application form.
- Also, upload all the necessary documents which are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
- And the applicant has to email the complete document set to the case manager, email id - Email us - [email protected]
- The application will be processed further. All the updates on the application status will be sent via SMS to the applicant’s mobile number.
- There is no fee for Disturbance Allowance.
- Once the process gets completed, the applicant gets a call from the office regarding the application.
- Once the claim's been approved, Toll pays the money into the applicant's nominated bank account.
- This entire process can be completed within 30 days or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.
