Apply In Person:
- To Apply for Aviation License, the applicant has to approach the Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) link
- An application form will be provided to the applicant by the concerned officer.
- The applicant has to fill in all the necessary details in the application form. (Incomplete applications are not accepted)
- Make sure that the applicant has attached all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
- The applicant has to attach the photocopies of the required documents along with the application form while submitting.
- The applicant has to complete the training as well.
- Submit all the documents with the completed form to the concerned officer.
- The applicant has to pay the prescribed fee as requested by the authority.
- After receiving the document set, the concerned authority will check the submitted letter and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
- Then the letter and document will be processed further.
- Once the process gets completed, the applicant gets a call from the office regarding the application.
- The applicant may need to undergo written exams, practical tests, or assessments to demonstrate their knowledge and skills in the relevant area of aviation.
- If the application is approved and meets all the requirements, CASA will issue the aviation license.
- The license will be sent to the applicant with details about its validity and any additional conditions or limitations.
- This entire process can be completed within 2 – 3 weeks or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.
