Procedure

Apply Online

1. To Apply for AgriStarter Loan, the applicant has to make the application online via link
2. The applicant has to click the “Apply now”.
3. The link will be re-directed to the following link
4. The applicant has to click the “First farmer” or “Successor”.
5. If the applicant has selected the “First farmer”, select the first farmer type and click the “Next” button.
6. Select the “Trade and Commerce” type and click the “Next” button.
7. And enter the Australia business number and click the “Search” button.
8. The details of the applicant's business activity can be viewed on the page.
9. Now the applicant has to enter the details in the application form.
10. After completing the process, the applicant gets the instruction for submitting the form and necessary documents.
11. The applicant has to print the application form and sign it on the summary page.
12. Following instructions submit all the documents and completed forms to the mailing address or email.
13. The mailing address is mentioned in the “Office Locations & Contacts” section of this page.
14. There is no fee for applying for AgriStarter Loan.
15. Then the application will be processed further. All the updates on the application status will be sent via SMS to the applicant’s mobile number.
16. Once the process gets completed, the officer will contact the applicant for completing the further process.
17. This entire process can be completed within 30 - 40 days or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.
