ProcedureEdit

  1. Business name renewal notice: Before you begin the process, you must have your business name renewal notice with you. The notice is sent 30 days before your renewal is due. If you have updated your email address with ASIC, they will email your renewal notice to you. In case ASIC do not have your mail address on their files, they then we will send the renewal notice to the address for service or principal place of business for the business name.
  2. Two options available to renew your business name:
    1. Renew your business name using Pay now - Link: All you need is your account number (as shown on your renewal notice) or your Australian Business Number (ABN) (if listed on the Business Names Register). You may pay using your credit card (MasterCard or Visa) or pay later by invoice (BPAY and Australia Post).
    2. Renew your business name using ASIC Connect - Link: ASIC Connect is ASIC's online system you may use to manage your business name. You will need an ASIC Connect account to renew your business name.
