  • For all types, the owner of toll free number pays for incoming toll charges.
  • Usage of all services is consolidated into a single bill and all rates include GST.
  • Calling premium and special numbers is charged at a higher rate.
  • Calls from a mobile phone are charged by the owner for the duration of the call.
  • Untimed calls are not charged per minute but are capped at 2 hours due to technical reasons.
  • 1300 access is 5c/minute, 1800 access is 10c per minute.

  • Toll free lines are virtual and do not require a physical phone line of its own, instead they are redirected to a valid phone number.
  • The toll free number can be directed to a nominated office number, mobile phone, home-office phone number or overseas phone number
  • It can be directed to multiple locations based on the caller's location

  • A toll free number is a special telephone number that is free for the calling party.
  • In this case costs are incurred by the telephone owner. Such numbers are identified by service access code from a dialing prefix range which varies from country to country.
