Procedure

1. Applicants should start by finding a local employer to sponsor him / her. He / she can decide to choose a contractor management company to help in the process of obtaining a work permit and in this case the chosen contractor management company can also be used as sponsor as most of them specialize in helping people get Australia work permit.
2. The applicant starts by choosing the type of work permit he / she wishes to apply for. It can be either temporary or permanent Australian work permit;

4. After identifying the type of employment, the applicant then contacts the assessing authority for the type of employment with the information provided on the Skilled Worker List; and also request for a list of information to be provide to the assessment authority;
5. Gather and prepare any documentation required by the assessing authority;
6. Also take the English proficiency test if it is required;
7. Obtain a work permit application, complete and sign it.
8. At this time, pay the work visa application fee;
9. Also Sign the Australian Values Statement and submit application.
   1. When prompted, arrange a health examination with a panel doctor that the Australian government has approved.
   2. Contact the Department of Immigration and Citizenship's to find an immigration panel doctor near you.
   3. The doctor will submit your results directly to the government.

Eligibility

To be eligible, an applicant must be skilled in his / her field of work and under forty five (45) years; and must also be ready contribute to the economy of Australia in the shortest period of time.
