- To Apply for Remote Pilot License (REPL), the applicant has to make the application online via link
- Find a reputable training organization that offers RePL courses approved by the Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA).
- If the applicant is a new user, the applicant has to click the “Create your myCASA account” button.
- Enter the email ID and click the “Verify email address”
- Enter the verification code which is sent through the given email and click the “Verify Code”.
- Now create a password and click the “Next” button.
- The applicant has to sign in with the user name and password and click the “Sign In” option.
- The applicant has to select the application form from the menu list.
- Enter all the details in the application form.
- Upload all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
- The applicant has to pay the prescribed fee in online mode.
- The applicant has to review the details and click the “Submit” button.
- After receiving the document set, the concerned authority will check the submitted letter and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
- Then the application will be processed further. All the updates on the application status will be sent via SMS to the applicant’s mobile number.
- Once the process gets completed, the applicant gets a call from the office regarding the application.
- The applicant has to login in portal.
- Navigate to “Licences and authorizations” in your myCASA account and Select Remote pilot license (RePL).
- Select to download to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay.
- Read through the guidance on using the digital license.
- Select the “Add to Apple Wallet” or “Save to phone” button.
- The license will then load into your Apple Wallet or Google Pay.
- This entire process can be completed within 2 – 3 weeks or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.
