  1. To Apply for a Membership card for cultural institutions, the applicant has to approach the respective cultural institution.

  14. Once the applicant receives the membership card, follow any activation instructions provided. After activation, the applicant can start using the card to access the benefits and privileges associated with your membership.
  15. This entire process can be completed within 15 - 20 days or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.
