Procedure

Apply Online

1. To Apply for Chemical Manufacturing License, the applicant has to make the application online via link
2. If the applicant is a new user, the applicant has to click the “Sign up” button.
3. Check the disclaimer tick and click the “Next” button.
4. Enter the business details and click the “Next” button.
5. Enter all the registration details and contact details and click the “Submit” button.
6. Now the applicant has to log in with the username and password and click the “Login” button.
7. The applicant has to select the form from the menu list.
8. Enter all the details in the application form.
9. And upload all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
10. Pay the prescribed amount fee in online mode.
11. Once completed with all the details click the “Submit” button.
12. After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
13. Then the application will be processed further. All the updates on the application status will be sent via SMS to the applicant’s mobile number.
14. Once the process gets completed, the applicant has to visit the office to complete the process for funds.
15. For TGA-regulated chemicals, the TGA may conduct an on-site inspection of the manufacturing facility to assess compliance with GMP and other relevant requirements.
16. The regulatory authority will review the application and supporting documentation. If everything meets the required standards and regulations, they will grant the chemical manufacturing license.
17. This entire process can be completed within 30 days or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.
