Assam - Online Report Theft or Misuse of Power

Step 1 : First one has to make sure that all the required documents are in hand to apply online. If you would like to know about the documents that are required for this procedure, please visit the following link : Required Documents for Reporting Theft or Misuse of Power

Step 2 : Please use the following link to register your complaint online : Register Complaint through APDCL.

Step 3 : In this page please scroll down and look for “Report Theft of Power” option which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 4 : Now you will be taken to a page where you have to fill all the necessary details and click “Submit” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 5 : In this page you can see the confirmation message. Click “Back” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image to complete the process.

Step 6 : After completion of complaint registration process, you will receive the complaint ID.

Step 7 : Use the complaint ID to track the status of your complaint.
