Assam - Online Change Address in Voter List (Electoral Roll)

Step 1 : First one has to make sure that all the required documents are in hand to apply online. If you would like to know about the documents that are required for this procedure, please visit the following link : Required Documents to Change Address in Voter List (Electoral Roll)

Step 2 : Please use the following link to apply online : Apply Online.

Step 3 : User will reach a new screen as shown below. Please select “Login/Register” option that is highlighted in “Red”. Please refer the below image.

Step 4 : Now you will be provided with the login page. If you are a registered user, then enter your Login id and Please enter “User Name”, “Password” and “captcha” as appropriate and click “Login” button which is highlighted in “Green” in the below image. If you are a new user then please use the “Don’t have account, Register as a new user” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image to reach registration page.

Step 5 : In the registration page, please enter your mobile number and captcha and click “Send OTP” button to receive an OTP. The “Send OTP” button is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 6 : Now enter the received OTP against “Enter OTP” and click “Verify” button which is highlighted in “GREEN” in the below image. Complete the required information for registration as appropriate. Finally click “Register” button which is highlighted in “RED” in the below image.

Step 7 : Once registered, User will get the login screen as shown below. User shall enter their login credentials, captcha and click “Login” button which is highlighted in “RED” in the below image.

Step 8 : After successful login, User will get dashboard as given below. In the given page click “Migration to another place” option under “What would you like to do?” which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.
