Apply In-Person

  1. A valid seed license holder shall apply for changing the address of office/godown of the firm, Addition of New Godown, Change in name and address of responsible person etc.
  2. Applicant should go to their respective office (from where the license was obtained) of the district agricultural office (DAO) in case of District & SDAO in case of Sub-Division to apply.
  3. Link for contact details: link use the contact information to locate the respective office address as per the different links provided.
  4. Please collect the appropriate application form as per officer’s advice or write on a A4 sheet.
  5. Submit the completed application with required documents as mentioned in our required documents session.
  6. After accepting the application, officials will advise the amount to be remitted.
  7. Applicant shall pay the mentioned amount as applicable.
  8. Applicant will get receipt for the remitted fees. Please keep the receipt and acknowledgement safe for future reference.
  9. This application will be processed by the authority.
  10. Respective authority will do site verification if there is change in premises/godown to submit site verification report.
  11. Based on the report/recommendation, registering authority will issue updated certificate.
  12. Applicant gets intimation to collect the License.
  13. On the said date, applicant can collect the license.

  3. List of services will be displayed on the right part of the screen.
  4. Please select “APPLY” button against “Renewal of licence to carry on the business of a deal in seeds”.
  5. Applicant will get login prompt popup. Here select “Don’t have an account? Register HERE” option.
  6. Please complete the resulting page prompt as applicable and click “Validate” button. Please follow the on screen information to complete registration.
  7. Now in the login page, use the login credentials and click “Log In” button.
  8. Once login, process the page as appropriate.
  9. Please provide details as applicable, upload required documents and process payment.
  10. Once all the required steps are completed use the right option to submit application online.
  11. Applicant will get system generated acknowledgement. Please save it for future reference.
  12. This application will be processed by respective department.
  13. Applicant gets update of the application status in their mobile through SMS.
  14. Applicant shall use the application number/id to track the application through online portal.
  15. Please follow the notification to get the license.
