Procedure

A land Valuation certificate will help in working out its fair and reasonable current market value.

Apply In-Person:

1. To get land valuation certificate applicant shall approach tahsildar office in whose jurisdiction the land is situated.

3. Go to the respective office. Consult with the designated authority about the applying procedure for this certificate.
4. Applicant shall provide their land details like survey number, Land Revenue Receipt, Land documents / Land deed etc.., to the concerned authority to verify their land record register/ledger.
5. Collect the application form or write on a plain A4 sheet as advised.

7. Complete the application form. Attach the entire required document as per our “Required Documents” section and submit it to the designated receiving authority.
8. After receiving the application, authorities will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place the application will be accepted with applicable fees (if required) as appropriate.
9. Authorities will make entries about this application in the manual record or electronically using computer.#Acknowledgement receipt will be given against every form received. So, collect it and please keep it safe for future reference.
10. Applicant will be informed of the probable date of collecting the certificate.
11. This application will be processed internally.
12. After processing, the certificate will be created. Once the certificate is sealed and signed, it will be dispatched or handed over directly as per the request made while applying.
    

Apply Online

1. Visit the following link: Online Service
2. Please select “Sign In” on top of the page to reach next page.
3. Please complete the Sign in details as applicable at the prompted space and click “Sign In” button to sign in.
4. If you are a new user, use the “Create Account” option to get create account page. Please fill in the required details as per prompt and click “Save” button to register and then Sign In using the credentials.
5. Once sign in applicant will reach dashboard. Here from the e-forms tab select “ISSUE OF LAND VALUATION CERTIFICATE“ from the dropdown list and click “Go” button.
6. Applicant will reach online filing page. Please follow the page prompt as appropriate to complete the mandatory details for online application form.
7. Please upload required documents at the prompted space as appropriate.
8. Once above steps are completed, the user should make the required payment for the online application as required using the applicable payment gateway.
9. After payment, a computer generated acknowledgement will be provided. Please take a printout. Keep it safe for future reference.
10. This application will be processed by the respective department as per how it will be processed in person.
11. Applicant will get notification regarding the progress of the valuation certificate application on their registered mobile number provided while applying.
12. After processing, the certificate will be created. Once the certificate is sealed and signed, it will be dispatched or handed over directly as per the request made while applying.
    

Through CSC

1. Use the following link to find the centre. Link: link
2. Please go to the respective office.
3. Application can be obtained from the authorities. Please pay for the application form as authorities quote.
4. Submit the completed application along with required documents to the operator in the centre.
5. Operator will check the submitted details and start to process online using the computer.
6. Applicant will get the transaction ID for the application made. Please keep it safe for future reference.
7. This application will be processed by the respective department.
8. Applicant will get notification about the status of their application on their registered mobile number that was provided while applying.
9. After processing, the certificate will be created. Once the certificate is sealed and signed, it will be delivered as per applicable norms.
   

Note:The valuation for a land can be obtained instantly but to get a certificate being signed by the nodal authority will take time.

Processing Time

• The land valuation certificate may be used as collateral for availing education loans from banks.
