Procedure

This procedure explains various ways to raise a request for the shifting of the electric transformer.

Apply In-Person:

1. To apply In-Person, you should visit the allocated EB office for your location. You can find the office location and contact details in the “Department of power – Arunachal Pradesh’s” website.Link
2. While applying In-Person, the consumer should obtain the application from the authorities in the office.
3. You can also write the request letter mentioning the reasons for shifting the electric transformer.
4. The request letter/Complaint form should be submitted to the officials in the Electricity Board such as ASSISTANT ENGINEER (AE), ASSISTANT DIVISIONAL ENGINEER (ADE), and CHIEF ENGINEER (CE) in the local Electric Board location.
5. The authorities will go through the application form and provide an estimate of the amount to be paid to the Electricity Board.
6. The estimated amount has to be paid in the Demand Draft (DD).
7. After giving the form, they will provide you the Complaint Ticket Number and the payment slip.
8. You have to keep those details safe for future verification and reference purposes.
