Following are the ways through which you can apply for family member certificate in Arunachal Pradesh.

Apply In-Person:

  1. To apply for the family member certificate approach the Tehsildar officer who is regulated under the Department of District Collectorate.
  2. Get the application form for applying family member certificate from the tehsildar office.
  3. Make sure that you have all the proper documents mentioned in the “Required documents” section below.
  4. Submit the form to the Tehsildar office along with the required documents. More details about the roing district’s tehsildar Office location is provided in the following link District Adminstration
  5. Refer the Tehsildar office location mentioned in the “Office location & contacts” section below.
  6. After the application form is processed, an enquiry officer will make a thorough verification regarding your address proof which you have submitted along with the form
  7. You will be receiving the acknowledgment slip after the successful verification.
  8. Collect your family member certificate from the office after 2-3 weeks of submission.


Apply through Centres

  1. To apply through centres, the applicant has to visit the respective “CSC” centre. Please tap on the following link to locate the centre according to the respective district: link.
  2. Make sure to have the documents that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
  3. An application form can be obtained through the kiosk operator upon visiting the centre.
  4. The applicant has to fill in all the necessary information in the application form.
  5. Submit the application form with ”Required Documents” to the office.
  6. It is advised to take the documents in original to the kiosk for scanning purposes.
  7. The operator will process the application online.
  8. On successful submission, the applicant will receive an application number as acknowledgement.
  9. Upon the successful approval of the concerned authorities, the applicant will be permitted for the certificate.
  10. Collect the family member certificate from the office after 2-3 weeks of application submission.
