Procedure

Apply In-Person

1. To obtain Hostel License or Permit in Arunachal Pradesh, the applicant will have to contact the Municipal corporation of the respective district in Arunachal Pradesh. Please tap on the following link to view contact details: link.
2. Make sure to have the documents that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
3. An application form can be obtained upon visiting the Municipal Corporation office.
4. The applicant has to fill in all the necessary information in the application form.
5. Submit the application form with ”Required Documents” to the office.
6. Pay the fee as given in the “Fees” section of this page.
7. Upon the satisfaction of the authorities, the applicant will be provided with the hotel permit.
8. The applicant will get the permit in a stipulated period of time.

2. Please use the following links to apply for Hostel License : ItaNagar Municipal Council, Municipal contact list.
3. Click on the "Trade license" option and click on the "New Trade License" option.
4. Now the application form will be displayed. Fill up the application form correctly.
5. Submit the application form along with the required documents.
6. Pay the applicable fees as per the instructions.
7. Once the application is accepted, you will be notified via SMS.
8. You can download the license from the official websites.
