Procedure

Apply In-Person

1. To apply for fodder seed, the applicant shall visit the Office of the Primary Agricultural Development and Farmer’s Welfare Department in their respective area. The address and contact details of the head office can be found in the following Link.
2. Visit the Office and get the application form to apply for fodder seed from the relevant department or the applicant can write it in an A4 sheet.
3. Please fill the application form with the essential information and details and should be attested with the applicant’s signature.
4. Attach all the documents that are listed in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. Then, it should be submitted to the relevant authority. Also, pay the required fees for the application process at the office as directed by the officials. Please collect the acknowledgement slip for the paid fee. Keep it safe for future reference.
6. The Application and attached documents will be sent for verification to check, if there is any discrepancy.
7. After all the processes are completed, the concerned officials will approve the application and proceed with the seed issuance process.
8. The time taken to issue the license is 1-3 days.
9. Once the seeds are ready to be collected, the office will inform the applicant to collect it in person or through any applicable means.
