Procedure

1. To obtain license or permit for starting a gambling or casino business or an internet gambling business, the applicant should contact the Ministry of Finance, Gambling and licensing of collection services delivery division.
2. To apply, the applicant has to submit the completed application form along with the required document to the Ministry of Finance in person or electronically.

Eligibility

Provide eligibility criteria's for going through this procedure.

Fees

The annual fee for the license to organize gambling is AMD 5,000,000, and the annual fee for the license to organize casino is AMD 25,000,000.
To receive license for organization of gambling, the applicant shall pay AMD 5,000,000 to the State Treasury account number 900005016267. To receive license for organization of casinos, the applicant shall pay AMD 25,000,000 to the State Treasury account number 900005016259. The applicant is not obligated to submit to the licensing authority a document confirming the payment.
