EligibilityEdit
- Both applicants must be of legal age to apply for a marriage license.
- For applicants below 18, the male should be 17 years old while the female should be 16 or 17 years old and parental consent is required for application.
FeesEdit
Marriage license fee: $59.00
ValidityEdit
The marriage license is valid for 60 days. It must be returned used or unused, within 60 days for recording or a $100 Bond will be executed against all applicants for license.

- Both applicants must appear in person when applying for a marriage license.
- The license may be used anywhere in the state of Arkansas, but must be returned to the County Clerk's Office where you first applied.
- No witnesses are required for marriages in Arkansas. Marriages performed in Arkansas are recognized in all other states.
- Males under the age of 17 and females under 16 cannot marry without an Arkansas court order.
