Apply Online

1. To Apply for FDA Registration, the applicant has to make an online via link
2. The applicant has to click the “Create account”
3. The applicant has to give all the details to the registration process.
4. Once completed, click the “Submit” button.
5. The applicant has to Select the “Enter New application”.
6. Select the Product and Certificate Type and click the “Next” button.
7. Enter all the necessary details in the application form and click the “Save & Exit” button.
8. Now continue with manufacturer Information and other optional Facility Information.
9. Enter the details and click the “Next” button.
10. Also with certificate information and shipment information and then click the “Next” button.
11. Upload the necessary documents which are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
12. And pay the prescribed amount of fee in online mode.
13. After completing all the details, review the application finally and click the “Exit” button.
14. After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
15. Then the application will be processed further. All the updates on the application status will be sent via SMS to the applicant’s mobile number.
16. Once the process gets completed, the applicant gets a call from the office regarding the registration.
17. If required, the officer will visit for a site inspection.
18. Once all the processes are completed successfully, the applicant gets the certificate through mail.
19. This entire process can be completed within 2 – 3 weeks or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.
