Procedure

1. Fill up application form.
2. Submit form along with all the required documents.
3. Pay all necessary fees.
4. Once your application is approved you will be issued a Car Title Deed.

• Application passed by the owner of the automobile
• Photocopy of ID of the buyer and seller

Need for the Document

Almost all vehicles bears a unique vehicle identification number, but only registered ones display a vehicle registration plate and carry a vehicle registration certificate.

Vehicle registration is a requirement by the state. It's purpose is to establish clear ownership and to tax motorist or vehicle owners.
