Procedure

1. You may apply for the procedure at a SIAC service unit.
2. Complete an application form.
3. Submit the completed form along with a photocopy of your identity card, medical certificate issued to driver's license applicants, 2 recent photos and if you are a foreigner, photocopy of your passport.
4. Pay the application fee.
